Brazing
Brazing involves the use of a special paste of a mixture of superalloy powders along with a vacuum heat treatment cycle to fill fine cracks and restore worn surfaces.
Grinding Benching
During service life of gas turbine components different damages such as cracks, FOD, breakage, missing material, corrosion and deformations occur on different parts of components.
WELDING
Various welding techniques are used to create the removed areas of the damaged turbine components as well as to create some connections.
